After the contract is signed, how can I ensure the work will start on time and progress on schedule until completion?

BW Construction always has a start and completion date stated in the contract. Since the company is intentionally kept small, Bruce is on the job site regularly and involved personally in much of the actual construction. This allows for increased quality control and a better adherence to the time schedule.
