BW CONSTRUCTION has been in existence since 1976, specializing in residential remodeling, which includes room additions as well as interior remodels. The owner, Bruce Willard, has intentionally kept the company small so that he could be able to work on projects himself and maintain the quality standards that he feels is important in remodeling. Our crew and subcontractors have also been selected for the same reasons and because they work well with people and respect their homes.

With the exception of this website, BW does not advertise, but works strictly on the referrals of past clients. A lot of our work is repeat business with the same clients. Most of our projects are on homes located in the Mid- and South-Peninsula. In over 35 years of business, our company has never been involved in litigation, nor had any complaints filed with the Conractors’ Board, Better Business Bureau, or any other monitoring agency. Our goal on every job is to exceed the customer’s expectations.
